Reproductive Health of Childbearing Couple - Anhui Corhort
一、队列简介（Cohort profile）
育龄夫妇生殖健康队列——安徽队列是一个以人群为基础的前瞻性孕前队列，旨在探讨不孕不育的发生率、影响因素和发生机制。根据纳入地点的不同，分为新婚夫妇队列和不孕不育队列。
Reproductive Health of Childbearing Couple - Anhui Corhort (RHCC-AC) is a prospective preconception population-based cohort study on the rates, influencing factors and mechanism of infertility. It was designed to have two recruitment points, to form a newlyweds cohort and a infertility cohort.

新婚夫妇队列于2018年7月至2021年6月在安徽省16个区/县的16个婚前体检中心共招募33 687对夫妇。所有来做婚前检查的夫妇，除了那些在婚前就有孩子的夫妇，经知情同意后就可以参加研究。所有参与者都被要求完成基线问卷，但只有当前没有怀孕的夫妇才会采集血尿生物样本。
We recruited 33 687 couples who came to sixteen premarital medical examination centers for medical check from July 2018 to June 2021. These sixteen premarital medical examination centers were located in sixteen counties or districts of Anhui province. All couples who come for premarital check-ups except those who have children together before marriage can participate in the study as long as they agree. All participants were required to complete baseline questionnaires, but only couples who are not currently pregnant will have biological samples of blood and urine taken.

不孕不育队列于2020年12月至2023年7月在安徽省合肥市（皖中）、马鞍山市（皖南）、宿州市（皖北）三家生殖中心门诊纳入育龄夫妇为研究对象，共计2437对夫妇，采集了夫妇双方的血、尿、精浆、精子、卵泡液、头发生物样本。纳入标准：(1)夫妇正常性生活未采取避孕措施超过12个月仍未怀孕，或被诊断为不孕症；（2）夫妻都在本医院接受治疗；（3）当地居民；（4）知情同意。
From December 2020 to July 2023, infertility cohort were conducted in three reproductive centers in Anhui Province. They were located in Heifei (Middle of Anhui), Ma’anshan (South of Anhui) and Suzhou City ( North of Anhui). Biological samples of blood, urine, seminal plasma, sperm, follicular fluid, and hair were collected from both the couple. The following couples were eligible for participation in the pregnancy cohort if: (i) couples who had tried to conceive spontaneously for more than 12 months and were still not pregnant, or were diagnosed with infertility; (ii) both husband and wife are receiving treatment in this hospital; (iii) resident locally for a long time; (iv) they were willing to sign a consent form to take part in this study.
